About the role

• Provide vital day-to-day administrative support to our busy Outpatient Clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the Medicine Hub.

• Deliver a wide variety of tasks — from filing, scanning and patient correspondence to accurate, timely support for Clinicians and their requests.

• Work closely with the Medicine Hub Practice Manager and build strong knowledge across all clinic areas to optimise service delivery.

• Use your organisation and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities, maintain workflow, and keep our clinics running at their best.

• Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying issues and escalating appropriately to support fast resolutions and a great patient experience

About you

• Qualifications in Health Administration/Health Service Management or proven experience in medical administration within a busy clinical environment.

• Confidence working in fast-paced clinics, with the ability to support Clinicians and keep day-to-day operations on track.

• Strong communicator who keeps teams organised, works collaboratively, and is comfortable working independently when needed.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage patient expectations, prioritise tasks, and support colleagues to meet daily workload demands.

• High attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring accurate administration and an outstanding patient experience aligned with Clinician expectations
