Loving Hearts Care Group is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. In this role, you will provide personal care, support with daily activities, and assist clients in accessing community services in line with NDIS guidelines. Compliance with NDIS standards is crucial as you work to promote client independence and well-being.

To qualify, candidates should have a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services, current First Aid and CPR certifications, and a National Police Check, as well as a Working with Children Check NDIS screening check.A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in the disability sector and knowledge of the NDIS framework are desirable but not required.
