Position: Part-Time, Casual Dermal Therapist

Location: 155B Canning Highway South Perth

Hours: 25-30 Hours Per Week

Salary: From $35ph - $40ph + incentives

best life by assisting with the conquering of fears, phobias, addictions and traumas. To compliment our mind and body offering, we are excited to launch beauty and skin correction services to our extensive menu and hence looking for an experienced therapist/dermal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate services and products

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, IPL or laser ( training is provided) fat cavitation and radiofrequency treatments

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.

Uphold professional standards in customer service and treatment delivery.

Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Manage client bookings and rebookings.

Comfortable with social media, or open to training and growth.

Drive for sales and services targets.

Love for learning and growth

Ability to engage well with clients.

Requirements:

Cert III or IV or equivalent in Beauty Therapy

Proven experience as a Dermal Therapist (experience with Laser is a plus)

Minimum 1-2 years of beauty therapy experience required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Confident in sales and achieving targets

Beauty industry sales experience is essential

Valid Australian work rights required
