The Role:
You will be responsible for the training of Skin Specialists and selling best in class global skin care brands in WA & SA. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager/Clinical Educator to join our team and be part of the most innovative products in the cosmetic medicine space.
Ideally, you will have experience in the cosmetic skincare/medicine market.
We are seeking a Business Manager/Clinical Educator who will build strong relationships with dermal clinicians, dermal therapists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare practitioners conducting educational and commercial interactions with customers. This role for the right individual can be worked as a day) per week role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell Dermaceutic, Biopelle, Emepelle, Isdinceutics to Healthcare professionals in Western Australia and South Australia
- Ensure the achievement of State-Based Sales Targets for our skin care range.
- Develop and grow the selective portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses
- Work closely with other BDMs, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Trainers to facilitate growth opportunities for Dermocosmetica.
- Attend and represent Dermocosmetica at company organised and industry sponsored events
- Attend and support local workshops, including clinical forums, VIP events, workshops, and training courses
- Identify, develop and maintain key business contacts and key opinion leaders
- Develop and implement a business plan for your selected portfolio within a budget
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative measures to achieve effectiveness and productivity with territory and customer segments.
- Travel to regional and interstate areas as directed by the National Sales Manager
- Provide monthly reporting to National Sales Manager on activity, customer and competitor information, sales and expense budgets.
- Maintain and track a budget of clinic support programs and training stock per Territory and provide accurate monthly reports to National Sales Manager.
About You – Skills and Experience:
- You will have a Dermal Science, Nursing or Science Degree or similar
- You will have a proven sales track record, ideally working in Aesthetics, Skin Care, Pharmaceutical, and or Medical Devices as a BDM/ Territory Manager/ Sales Representative.
- Strong level of emotional intelligence and commercial acumen
- Have a background in Cosmetic, Plastic Surgical or Dermatological Nursing with extensive experience in Aesthetics.
- Previous Training & Educating experience will be welcomed.
- The aptitude to learn highly technical information and to acquire a high level of product and therapeutic knowledge.
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus.
- Motivation, Passion, and Drive to succeed.
- Strong team player who can also work autonomously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating building relationships with patients, doctors, nurses and work colleagues
