Position & Profile

Whilst this is a fixed term 15-month maternity cover contract, you will come into a pivotal role for the organisation as the Finance Manager reporting directly to the CFO.

We're seeking a CA/CPA-qualified finance leader who combines commercial sharpness with technical excellence. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, drive operational excellence and elevate the organisation's financial capability.

You'll take ownership of the full finance function including technical accounting, financial reporting, controls, treasury, cash management and insurance, while leading the audit process, statutory accounts, taxation and compliance. You'll support annual budgeting and business planning, providing clear, insightful metrics that guide decision-making.

You bring strong commercial acumen, a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to communicate with clarity and influence. As a trusted, mature and people-centric leader, you foster collaboration, break down barriers and bring teams together.
