About You

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • 3+ years clinical experience (NDIS experience strongly valued)
  • Strong capability in mental health and psychosocial disability (or passionate to deepen this skill set)
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Motivated to contribute to service growth, innovation, and best practice
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust with participants and stakeholders

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver functional, psychosocial, and sensory assessments under the NDIS
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans to build independence and community participation
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to support team development
  • Help shape future service offerings and enhance participant outcomes across South Australia
