We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This role involves engaging with prospect customers, to promote our products, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
  • Active prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through cold outreach, social media, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Lead Conversion: Set up discovery meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
