THE ROLE

As one of our Supervisors is transferring to a new role within the business, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Landscape Construction Supervisor to join our award winning team.

You will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing projects valued between $100k-$1M, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, to budget, and with the quality standards our TDL brand is known for. High level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to multitask is critical to success in this role.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience in high end residential landscape construction.
  • Excellent leadership skills to be able to lead and mentor your teams, as well as regular communications with our clients.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to ensure quality is maintained on-site.
  • Experience working with and to budgets.
  • Ability to read, follow and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of WHS and ability to follow (and effectively communicate to site teams) TDL policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Highly organised and accountable to follow through on commitments internally and to our clients.
