ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM) to join a high-performing digital team and play a key role in designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions that drive customer experience, automation, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on development role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Power Platform.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and customise D365 CRM (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate)
  • Configure forms, entities, security roles, dashboards, and model-driven apps
  • Build integrations using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related services
  • Support data migration using KingswaySoft/SSIS/ADF
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvements
  • Work collaboratively in an Agile squad

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience as a D365 CRM Developer (CE)
  • Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure integrations
  • Hands-on configuration experience across D365 modules
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and best-practice CRM development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Microsoft certifications (preferred)
