The Role

We're seeking a part-time (3days per week)
Compliance Officer
to lead and manage our certification and compliance programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining our security posture across frameworks such as
PCI DSS
,
ISO 27001
,
SOC 2
, and
GDPR
. You'll also oversee policy governance and change management processes across the business.

You'll work closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure all compliance activities are embedded into day-to-day operations and audit-readiness is maintained year-round.

What You'll Do

  • Lead audits and manage certification renewals
  • Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
  • Oversee company-wide adherence to security policies
  • Manage change request reviews and governance
  • Identify improvement opportunities in compliance processes

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in compliance, information security or audit roles
  • Solid understanding of
    PCI DSS
    ,
    ISO 27001
    ,
    SOC 2
    , and
    GDPR
  • Familiar with IT change management and cloud environments (ideally AWS)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
