We're seeking a creative Graphic Designer to help shape Sodii's visual story across digital and physical platforms. You'll work closely with our founders, marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life with engaging visuals that strengthen and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging concepts and design for new and existing products
  • Design assets for web, social media, digital advertising, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Ideate and design merch lines such as tee shirts, jumpers, drink bottles and caps
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft campaign graphics, social media visuals, and promotional elements.
  • Support design needs for retail, wholesale presentations, in-store POS, and branded merchandise such as shelf displays and wholesale shipping boxes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring use of correct colors, fonts, layouts, and tone.
  • Work with external partners (photographers, illustrators, printers) when necessary to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Stay updated on design trends in wellness and lifestyle sectors; adapt fresh ideas to uphold the Sodii aesthetic.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience in other design tools such as 3d modeling or video editing programs is highly valued.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design, especially packaging, merchandise and ability to understand branding.
  • Understanding of print production processes and packaging design.
  • Knowledge or appreciation of wellness, nutrition, or clean-lifestyle branding is highly valued.

Creative Traits:

  • Aesthetic sensitivity, especially for clean, organic, and premium visuals.
  • Ability to think creatively and push a design brief.
  • Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, from layout to typographic precision.

Preferred Extras:

  • Experience designing for FMCG or consumer goods brands.
  • Motion graphics/web animation.
  • Photography styling or art direction skills.
  • Web design or building experience.
