The Opportunity

Are you a creative professional who knows how to turn complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals? We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can deliver high‑quality digital and print outputs that bring strategy to life and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of brand identity and visual communications across reports, presentations, social platforms, and campaign materials. What You Will Do

  • Maintain and evolve the organisation's visual identity across all channels and materials.
  • Create graphics for reports, presentations, websites, social media, events and stakeholder communications.
  • Design infographics, diagrams and visual frameworks to support messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with communications, government relations and stakeholder teams to meet project goals.
  • Support executives with branded templates, slide decks and professional visual aids.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Liaise with printers, vendors and creative partners for high‑quality production.
  • Produce digital design optimised for web, email and interactive media, ensuring accessibility compliance.
  • Where possible, contribute to motion graphics and video support for campaigns.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years' professional design experience — ideally within government, defence, or regulated sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic design work, branding projects and professional outputs.
  • Understanding of accessibility, digital design standards and print production.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong project/time management skills.
