With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking a Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

Who we are looking for:
- Client Focus: Proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions.
- A Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Collaboration: Work across BTS regional units and practices to ensure collaboration.
- Sales Exposure: Comfort with and desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired.
- Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation.
Specifics of this role
- With ideally 5 years of experience (2 years+ in a consulting or corporate environment), ideally in a people focussed role, that may have included designing and running of workshops.
- Demonstrable experience in client / stakeholder relationship management, expanding your network and opportunities to learn and grow.
- Ability to play an active role in co-creating concepts and corresponding solutions
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines
- A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
- Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
