We're looking for a dynamic
Workplace Manager
to join our Facilities and Workplace Management team. This is more than a facilities role, it's about bringing our culture to life, supporting our growing Home Office, and ensuring our associates and visitors experience a safe, functional, and inspiring environment every day.

Your Impact

As our Workplace Manager, you'll lead the charge in delivering seamless workplace services across strategy, space, and facilities management. You'll be a cultural champion, a strategic planner, and a hands-on operator — all rolled into one.

What You'll Do

Prepare

  • Define and align service scope with internal stakeholders.
  • Build a clear understanding of Home Office needs and translate them into actionable workplace strategies.

Plan

  • Develop and manage operational and project plans, securing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Set goals for the Workplace Services team and implement efficient delivery processes.

Execute

  • Ensure our sites are safe, compliant, and operational — every single day.
  • Deliver exceptional service to associates, partners, and visitors.
  • Manage space planning, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations.

Review

  • Monitor expenses, energy use, waste, and vendor performance.
  • Track financials and sustainability metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Tools You'll Use

  • Work Order Management Systems, Finance Systems, Access Control, Space Management tools, and more.

Team Leadership

  • Define roles, coach and mentor your team, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive performance and support individual development plans.

What You Bring

  • Facilities or Office Management experience in a leadership capacity.
  • A passion for customer service and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
  • Experience with vendor portals and work order systems.
