**About your new role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all staff.
- Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of Educators.
- Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
- Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business community.

**A little about you**
- A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
- Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
- Current WWCC, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
