The Digital Team is at the forefront of establishing lululemon across APAC. Reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, the Ecommerce Specialist plays a key role in elevating the online guest journey and driving conversion through content and product presentation across the AU and NZ brand sites. Based in our Melbourne office, this role works closely with both our Campaign Specialist and Operations Specialist, bridging campaign execution and operational excellence.

Summary of the Role

Priority Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute content and product drops for AU/NZ brand sites in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance using product data, website metrics, and local market trends to inform strategic actions.

Key Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners locally and regionally to deliver cohesive digital initiatives.
  • Support digital team to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.

A day in the life

Content & Experience Planning:

  • Maintain and update the ecommerce campaign calendar with weekly content updates and key campaigns.
  • Assist in planning on-site content refreshes aligned with business goals.
  • Support execution of content strategies that enhance user experience and drive traffic and conversion.

Weekly Website Content Updates:

  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of visual assets and translated copy, aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with the Asia digital operations team.
  • Upload and QA site content, ensuring accuracy of assets, links, product availability, and overall user experience.

Reporting & Market Research:

  • Produce reports with actionable insights based on sales data, site metrics, and market trends to improve conversion and drive revenue growth.
  • Reports generated weekly or as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields; experience in digital marketing, advertising, or web design agencies is welcome.
  • Background in ecommerce campaigns, website merchandising, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with online marketplaces is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or GA4 is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns, product drops, and merchandising tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating across APAC and North America.
  • Builds trust and fosters positive working relationships.
  • Brings a "get-it-done" attitude with both structured and flexible planning skills.
  • Takes ownership and acts as a key point of contact for AU/NZ ecommerce matters.
  • Encourages open, candid communication in a safe and trusting team environment.
