We are now looking for a Welder (First class) to join our team in a full time capacity.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for:

Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents to determine welding requirements.

  • Prepare and clean metal surfaces by removing rust, scale, and contaminants.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques to join, fabricate, or repair metal parts.
  • Inspect welds for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
  • Adjust welding parameters and equipment settings to accommodate different materials and welding positions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear to safeguard against hazards.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and engineers to complete projects efficiently.
  • Document work completed and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Welder

Minimum Certificate III in relevant Field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
