Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with attention to detail, including latte art.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition.
  • Engage with customers, building relationships and fostering loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Barista, with strong skills in coffee preparation and latte art.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
