Now, we’re looking for a **dynamic Venue Operations Specialist** to lead our **Alexandria team** to new heights.

**The Role**

We’re searching for a **natural-born leader**—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing high-performing teams, and delivers exceptional guest experiences every day.

As **Venue Operations Specialist**, you’ll take full ownership of the venue as if it were your own business. That means overseeing **financials, rostering, hiring, training, and team leadership**, all while being supported by a strong upper management team.

**Who You Are**

You’re an **energetic and motivated leader** who embraces challenges and excels in a hands-on role. You know how to build a positive, high-performance culture while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

✔ **At least 3 years’ experience** in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry
✔ A proven track record of **achieving KPIs and driving results**
✔ A passion for developing and coaching teams to be the best they can be
✔ The ability to **work cross-functionally** and collaborate effectively
✔ A hands-on approach and the **flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment**
