Your role:
As an SAP Functional Consultant – Supply Chain, you'll drive improvements in how the business leverages current and future applications. You'll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce technologies that support operational and financial goals. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to shaping strategic decisions and delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote safety and compliance across IT and supply chain systems through leadership
- Monitor and manage SAP support tickets via tools like ServiceNow,
- Monitor system performance and scheduled jobs (e.g., batch jobs, IDocs).
- Perform routine checks to ensure data integrity and system health.
- Identify, propose, and implement system enhancements to improve business processes.
- Act as a key contact for troubleshooting and support, while upskilling users and sharing expertise across IT and business teams.
- Make minor configuration changes based on business requirements.
- Test and validate changes in development and QA environments before production deployment.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to deliver feasibility studies and design scalable solutions
- Lead project activities across production planning, Quality management, materials management, and shaping best practice approaches
- Manage system upgrades and product updates, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption

Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience designing, configuring and specifying changes in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing execution system (MES) integration and Materials Management (MM)
- The ability to understand business processes and how to translate these into system solutions is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are targeted at the right audience.
- Demonstrated experience working within various project management methodologies and providing the required documentation each calls for.
