About the position

Your role will consist of the following:

  • Managing cash flow including incoming/outgoing payments and bank reconciliation.
  • Generating invoices, monthly statements & follow up outstanding amounts with customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding accounts receivable issues in a professional and solution-focused manner .
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist with general office administration
  • Analyse account transactions and support monthly financial reporting
  • Coordinate tax compliance matters (BAS, GST, etc.) with senior tax agents
  • Contribute to internal control systems and support system improvements
