Solution Ideas Ability Boutique (SIAB) is a disability-led organisation (over 50% of our staff identify with disability). We're growing and seeking experienced Level 3 Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants with complex needs.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Disability Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver complex personal care (manual handling, PEG feeding, behaviour support plans).
  • Assist participants in daily living, social participation, and independence.
  • Work as part of a disability-led team providing innovative supports.
  • Provide flexible care in participant homes and community settings.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
  • Experience in complex care (manual handling, behaviour support, medication, or high-intensity needs)
  • Current NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, First Aid, CPR
  • Strong values of inclusion, respect, and rights-based support
  • Flexibility to work across shifts and build hours as services grow
  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Ability to work with Ad-on's such as Driver Support, Supports in Employment, Emergency support.

Hours & Pay

  • Casual or part-time positions available
  • SCHADS Award Level 3 pay rates (plus allowances and penalties)
  • Initial hours are part-time/casual, with potential to increase as our participant intake grows
