Our client is a highly regarded national law firm with a strong reputation in insurance and health law, acting for some of the most recognisable names in the insurance sector both locally and overseas. With one of the largest specialist insurance teams in Australia, they provide high-quality legal solutions across public liability, property damage, general insurance, and government & institutional abuse claims.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking Lawyers at varying levels of experience (1-6 PAE) to join their Brisbane Insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners seeking to build their expertise in a supportive, flexible, and career-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Act on behalf of major Australian and international insurers in public liability, property damage, and institutional/government abuse matters.

* Manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated insurance claims, with appropriate guidance based on experience.

* Draft and prepare pleadings, advices, settlement documents, and court submissions.

* Attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.

* Provide commercially focused legal advice to insurers and insureds.

* Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex, high-value matters.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

* Between 1-6 years' post-admission experience, ideally in insurance litigation, personal injury, or related practice areas.

* Strong drafting and technical legal skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Confidence in managing files and client relationships with professionalism.

* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

* A collaborative, client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in building a career in insurance law.
