We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team across two busy, well-loved restaurants located side by side on the Esplanade in Surfers Paradise.

What you'll do

  • Support the management team in the smooth daily operation of both venues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage staff rosters and supervise team members.
  • Handling stock control, ordering and supplier coordination.
  • Assist with bar and barista duties when needed.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive hospitality experience, ideally in a management or supervisory role.
  • Confident leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
  • Barista or bar experience an advantage.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be currently in Australia and be available to work through the summer holidays.
