We are a dynamic, private equity-owned, high-growth company with a bold vision and a commitment to excellence. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly capable and strategic Quality and Governance Manager to lead key corporate functions and drive our ESG and compliance agenda.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting
directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will have direct exposure to the
Board and will be responsible for leading and shaping the company's approach to
quality, compliance, ESG, and corporate risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
the development and implementation of the company's ESG strategy,
including alignment with AASB2 Climate Reporting requirements. - Oversee
compliance with Modern Slavery legislation, APCO
obligations, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. - Manage
and maintain ISO quality certification standards across
the business. - Own
and evolve the corporate risk management process, ensuring
robust governance and reporting. - Act
as a strategic advisor to the CEO and ELT on matters of compliance,
governance, and sustainability. - Drive
cross-functional initiatives and new strategic projects that enhance
corporate performance and reputation. - Prepare
high-quality reports and presentations for Board and ELT meetings.
About You
- Proven
experience in a professional services or consulting environment, ideally
with exposure to corporate governance, ESG, or compliance. - Strong
understanding of regulatory frameworks including climate reporting, modern
slavery, and sustainability standards. - Exceptional
stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
including Board and ELT. - Strategic
thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving change. - Highly
organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in
a fast-paced environment. - Suits
professional services or consulting background looking for move to
corporate.
