About you:

Success in this role will rely on your ability to demonstrate strength in the following key areas:

  • People Management: Aligns team with the organisational values and goals through effective people management and modelling; maximises effectiveness by selecting, developing, managing and motivating a high performing team; clearly defines role expectations, monitors performance, provides timely and constructive feedback and facilitates employee development; ensures staff are effectively deployed through effective workforce planning practices.
  • Project Management: Translates strategies into programs or projects that enables achievement of outcomes require; Defines governance e.g. success measures, roles and responsibilities, progress monitoring) required to manage risks and maximise probability of success; engage key stakeholders at senior levels; Balances the needs of clients, team, and the organisation.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in fields related to finance, health policy, business and/or management would be desirable.
