The Position (Full Time & Casual opportunities available).

Probably the most loved team member in the club, you will brighten everyone's day with your exceptional hospitality skills and warm, positive, engaging and professional manner.

As a member of the esteemed Front of House team , you will be responsible for taking orders, barista services, making smoothies, floor service, cleaning and general administration duties.

This role is a key component of the Saint Haven member experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Juggling multiple tasks in a fast past environment.
  • Hospitality services such as service of food, coffee, tea and other beverages
  • Use emotional intelligence and attentiveness to deliver a 6-star service experience to Saint Haven members and guests.
  • Proactively suggest food and beverage offerings with a professional and friendly demeanour to enhance their experience.
  • Assisting Saint Haven members and guests with questions around those food and beverage offerings
  • Educating members on the broad array of Saint Haven offerings that we deliver, to inspire them to become even more vital and well
  • Understanding member preferences and anticipating needs
  • Always presenting yourself in a clean and tidy manner
  • Working through daily checklists to ensure all areas of responsibility are clean and looking to the expected standard
  • Developing cohesive working relationships with your teammates and peers
  • Oversee and assist with general cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
  • Creating a positive atmosphere for members and guests
  • Completing opening and closing tasks
