Key responsibilities
- Audit clients with diverse sizes and industries which includes listed and unlisted clients and medium sized companies.
- Plan audit engagements, prepare work plans and identify key audit risk areas.
- Conduct audits in accordance with the Australian Auditing and Accounting Standards and apply the relevant principles, laws, and regulations.
- Work alongside Managers and Partners on larger engagements.
- Lead smaller engagements from planning to completion.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of audit experience at an Australian public practice firm.
- Commenced CA or CPA studies.
- Knowledge of the audit process and accounting standards.
- Strong written, technological, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
