We are seeking an experienced **Customer Service Officer** to join the team in **Canning Vale QLD** focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market. This role will see you responding to inbound sales calls and counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs in the pursuit of effective customer service.

**This is an Indigenous

**Your key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Managing general sales enquiries within our branch
- Processing customer orders as well as filing and manage customer interactions end to end
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Process quotes in a timely manner
- Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential as extensive training is available
- Extensive sales or call centre experience
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Computer experience is essential specifically Windows PC knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and focus on completion of allocated tasks
- Outstanding customer service skills with great time management skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canning Vale WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
