We're looking for a compassionate and reliable team member to join our fast-growing local support service. This is a permanent part time role offering stability, ongoing training, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.


What you'll be doing:
  • Providing in-home and community support to people with disability and older clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks (meals, personal care, household duties)
  • Supporting clients to stay active and engaged in the community
  • Maintaining clear, accurate notes and records after each shift
  • Working with families and coordinators to deliver safe, person-centred care

What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care or support work (preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and in a small team

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain):

  • Current National Police Check

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • A reliable, fully insured car
