We are looking for a driven Business Development Professional to join a global insurance broker, helping us fuel growth by building strong client relationships and driving new business.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our portfolio of clients. You'll develop and manage a sales pipeline, nurture key relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and convert a pipeline of new business prospects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive acquisition and retention
  • Prepare client documentation, submissions, and quotes with accuracy
  • Resolve client issues promptly while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to support team success
  • Identify process improvements and qualify opportunities for growth
  • Manage time effectively and make sound decisions on escalations and opportunities
  • Promote Talent Connect's reputation through ethical, professional practices

Qualifications & Experience
