We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team.

In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to people with disability, helping them build independence, achieve personal goals, and actively participate in their community.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting Pick up and Drop off Participant.
  • Supporting clients to access the community, social activities, and appointments
  • Encouraging independence and skills development
  • Following individualised support plans and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring, empathetic, and professional approach
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or equivalent (desirable)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
