About the role

We are seeking a part-time / full time Kitchen Hand to join our team at our food production facility in Canning Vale, WA. As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for assisting our kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation of ingredients for meal production

  • Cooking and assembling meals according to recipes and standards

  • Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, surfaces and utensils

  • Restocking and organising supplies and inventory

  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Supporting the kitchen team as needed to ensure timely and efficient meal production

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role within the hospitality or food production industry

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

  • Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for food preparation and a commitment to food safety and quality
