About Our Restaurant

Benton Bento is a busy Japanese restaurant in Ascot Vale, Melbourne. We make fresh sushi, bento boxes, and Japanese food every day. We need a reliable kitchen hand to help our team.

What You Will Do
- Wash dishes and keep kitchen clean
- Help prepare ingredients (cut vegetables, clean fish)
- Keep work areas organized and tidy
- Help cooks when they need ingredients
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Clean kitchen equipment and floors
- Follow food safety rules
- Help with food prep during busy times

What We Need

**Must Have**:

- Can work hard and fast
- Good at following instructions
- Available evenings and weekends
- Basic English for safety and teamwork
- Reliable - come to work on time

**Good to Have**:

- Worked in restaurant kitchen before
- Can work well in a team
- Want to learn cooking

**No Experience? No Problem** We will train the right person. You just need to work hard and want to learn.
