As part of the Service team, you are the brilliant smiling agent that helps relay guest needs to technicians and communicate service information in a friendly and easy-to-understand way for our customers.

You explain processes and invoices, provide updates, take payments, and complete documentation all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Previous Service Advisor, Technician or Parts Interpreter experience
  • Strong commitment to following processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Current Manual Driver's License
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude

Your Service Booking Agent duties will include:

  • Meet and greet customers and ensure that they are attended to with joy and professionalism.
  • Listening to guests, asking probing questions, qualifying concerns, and documenting issues for our workshop to review.
  • Ensuring job cards (internal documentation) are correct and complete with guest and vehicle details.
  • Providing customer support via phone, email and face to face.
  • Tracking vehicle progress, ensuring cars are completed on time and keeping customers informed.
  • Process and explain documentation and receipt payments.
  • Supporting and educating customers in the servicing and maintenance of their vehicle.
  • Participating in in-person and online training activities.
