Surf Toyota is a leading automotive dealership in Tweed Heads, offering a wide range of new and used vehicles.

Due ongoing growth we are looking for a career minded individual to join our award winning Surf Toyota sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Handle all sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Comply with state and national legislation relating to vehicle sales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid NSW/QLD Driver's License.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion customer happiness.
