Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Representative to join our team in the Greater Western Sydney region.

This role is ideal for a qualified tradesperson seeking to advance their technical career, using their coating knowledge and practical skills to support customers, provide hands-on training, and deliver product demonstrations across our professional product range.

About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will:


• Promote and demonstrate the technical advantages of our product portfolio to customers and internal teams.


• Provide on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve coating issues proactively.


• Deliver training and guidance on application methods, equipment setup, and product use.


• Conduct demonstrations and training in colour selection and mixing software.


• Oversee paint system installations, ensuring seamless transitions for customers.


• Assist customers in optimising paint rooms and storage areas to achieve best-practice results.


• Provide technical support to key customers, including hands-on assistance and workforce upskilling.


• Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the region, fostering trust and technical confidence.

• Trade qualification as a Spray Painter


• Minimum 10 years' industry experience

• A practical, hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude
