What you'll be doing:
- Developing, maintaining, and optimising the site's maintenance schedules for plant and equipment
- Entering work orders and maintenance documentation into the site database,
- Completing weekly, monthly and annual reports as required,
- Collaborating closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities with production requirements,
- Planning preventative maintenance tasks in alignment with OEM recommendations and internal standards,
- Prioritising and scheduling corrective work orders based on urgency and impact on production,
- Ensuring accurate job scoping, resource allocation, and material availability for all scheduled work,
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of maintenance schedules and equipment reliability,
- Driving continuous improvement in scheduling practices to enhance equipment uptime and plant efficiency.

About you:
Proven experience in a maintenance planning or scheduling role, preferably in mining.
Relevant trade qualification or engineering background (desirable but not essential),
Strong understanding of maintenance principles, reliability practices, and site systems (Experience with SAP will be considered advantageous),
Microsoft Office suite proficiency including Microsoft Project & Excel,
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail,
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments,
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, and
Current QLD Drivers Licence, Coal Board Medical & Standard 11
