About the Role

Are you an experienced industry professional ready to share your skills and make a difference?

Harness Energy is seeking full-time Trainers & Assessors to deliver accredited training and assessment across a range of safety courses, including:

  • Operate and Maintain 4WD
  • Operate Vehicles in the Field
  • Work Safely at Heights
  • Confined Space Entry & Rescue
  • Operate Breathing Apparatus
  • Fire Extinguisher / First Response to Fire
  • First Aid
  • Load Restraint, Telehandler, Weed & Seed
  • Certificate IV in WHS

You'll be based at one of our Harness Training Centres in Brisbane or Toowoomba, with opportunities to deliver training at client sites across Queensland.

About You

You'll bring hands-on experience from your trade, construction, mining, or oil & gas background, along with a genuine passion for teaching others.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Current industry qualifications in one or more of the listed areas
  • Minimum 3 years' industry experience
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to engage learners of all backgrounds
  • Blue Card & full working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client-based training
