Benchmark Engineering is currently seeking its newest member to join our team of 1st Class Machinist.

Established in 2008 to manufacturing high-precision, high-quality machined products. We have built an outstanding reputation for efficiency and accuracy, utilizing skilled process planning and optimized manufacturing techniques.

We operate a modern workshop equipped with advanced CNC technology including a variety of Doosan lathes and mills.

Seeking a 1st class machinist with at least 5 years' experience to operate Doosan CNC machines. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Doosan CNC machines (lathe/mill)

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Perform precision machining to tight tolerances

• Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments

• Work autonomously while meeting production deadlines

• Follow safe work practices

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years' machining experience

• Strong ability to work with minimal instruction

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality

• Trade qualification in machining or equivalent

• Experience with Doosan CNC equipment preferred
