Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad

  • Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
  • Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support
  • Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients

You will also have:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
  • Graduating in 2025
  • A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
  • A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
  • A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
