About the Role
This is a role for an experienced Sales Representative who is comfortable handling inbound enquiries, following up leads, and running structured sales presentations in the showroom. You'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, as well as the closer who helps customers take the next step in their journey with Rhinomax.
While much of the role is office based, attendance at Caravan Shows is part of the position. You'll also be required to work 1–2 Saturdays per month to support showroom operations and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to showroom and online enquiries
- Confidently follow up leads by phone and email with persistence and care
- Run clear, structured sales presentations and close showroom sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records – every lead, every action, every time
- Provide feedback to management and marketing to continually improve results
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a culture of high standards
What We're Looking For
Strong background in sales – automotive, caravans, boats, or other high-value products an advantage
Clear, concise, and confident communicator (especially on the phone)
Proven ability to close in-person sales with structured pitches and objection handling
Highly organised, reliable, and consistent – both in attendance and CRM discipline
A motivated self-starter who is hungry to hit targets and earn results
