The Role
We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to organise and control the functions and resources of our Brisbane head office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Promote a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and relevant laws.
· Coordinate people-focused activities, such as welcoming new team members, managing payroll, and providing training opportunities.
· Work closely with colleagues and partners to resolve challenges and keep things running smoothly.
· Support and oversee team tasks, offering guidance and monitoring progress to help everyone succeed.
· Ensure resources are well managed, including team members, workspace, and equipment.
· Look after office equipment and supplies, making sure everything is ready when needed.
· Keep office records and accounts organized, while following company policies and best practices.
· Plan and guide office operations, setting clear priorities and maintaining high service standards.
Skills & Qualifications
· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or NZQF Diploma), or at least three years of relevant experience.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation.
