Marnong Estate is looking for experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House professionals to be the face of our elevated dining venue - La Vetta. La Vetta encompasses a stunning dining room, cocktail lounge and 2 exclusive Private Dining Rooms with breathtaking views and perfectly curated menus. If you love creating memorable guest experiences, and have a positive can-do attitude – we want you on our team

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in Front of House roles in particular fine dining establishments with strong ability to take detailed orders.
  • Quick learner with basic knowledge of mise en place.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Thursday to Sunday a must.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage high cover numbers while maintaining efficiency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while always delivering a seamless and professional service.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong barista skills and confidence behind the coffee machine
  • Must have an RSA certificate
  • Excellent presentation and demeanor
  • Full permanent work rights in Australia favourable
  • Solid knowledge of POS systems - particularly Odermate
