Air Conditioning Installer

About the role

Central Coast Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our established team, servicing the Central Coast and Southern Lake Macquarie.

Candidates must have a minimum 3 years of air conditioning installation experience.

As part of our team, this full-time role offers a great opportunity for an experienced installer to apply their skills while mentoring apprentices across residential and commercial systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Installation of Air Conditioning systems for residential and commercial projects.
  • Help train new installation apprentices as the company grows.
  • Support our office team by providing detailed job notes and photos to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Assist senior technicians at times with the service and repair of a variety of air conditioning units.
  • Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Deliver great customer service. We take looking after our clients seriously.

What we're looking for

  • This role is for an Air Conditioning Installer who wants to take their skills to the next level.
  • Willingness to learn with a genuine interest in HVAC installation.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.

  • You will have a strong work ethic and will strive to meet deadlines and complete your jobs on time and assist your team to do the same.

  • Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work, backs their team and is keen to grow with us.

Required licences & certifications:

  • Driver's Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • ARCTICK Licence
  • NSW Air Conditioning Supervisor Licence (Advantage)
  • EWP Yellow Card (Not mandatory)
