About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installer who takes pride in their workmanship. You care about precision, notice the finer details, and believe every installation should be completed properly.

In this role, you'll handle residential & commercial air conditioning installations across the Central Coast, delivering exceptional quality and ensuring each system runs perfectly and every customer is completely satisfied. If you're tired of poor scheduling or being pushed from one job to the next, you'll value the structure, respect, and recognition that come with this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete high-quality residential & commercial air conditioning installations
  • Identify and resolve on-site installation challenges
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
  • Ensure all work meets compliance and company standards
  • Support apprentices and share best practices within the installation team

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (qualified installer)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential or commercial installations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and positive team player
  • Professional presentation with a genuine pride in workmanship
