What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities to grow our motoring portfolio by promoting RAC's products to new and existing customers.
- Responding to customers enquiries (inbound & outbound) relating to motoring products and services across various channels (phone, email, online, in person).
- Conducting sales visits to engage with potential customers and build lasting relationships.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation in accordance with compliance standard
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service environment (motoring, transport & logistics preferred).
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for sales.
- A strong customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and work in a results-driven environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the broader team.
- Previous B2B sales experience is highly desired – we value your understanding of business dynamics and client engagement.
- Willingness to be off site conducting sales activities.
