ESP Recruitment is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our Operations Team in our Dandenong South location. In this position you will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills by filling high volumes of labour hire roles in an accurate and timely manner, building strong relationships with our clients and staff.

This role will work in a small team environment in our office in Dandenong South, hybrid work schedule available.Please note that this is not a Management position- this is a team recruitment role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Source, screen and interview candidates again open job requisitions
  • Review candidates against job positions and place staff in positions through phone screen, while updating clients
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop & maintain existing employee relationships at client site
  • Operate and maintain internal ATS& Payroll allocation Systems
  • Place candidates into specific open positions
  • Prepare and organise onsite staff inductions if required
  • Ensure all open positions are followed up and closed with high touch communication to clients

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Prior experience at an agency and understanding of the Industrial Sector and casual positions
  • Keen attention to detail and strong follow up skills
  • Sound communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Calm demeanor & can-do attitude
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Quality problem solving skills

Experience in the same or similar type of role shall be highly regarded.

Remuneration negotiable, being dependent upon skills, abilities and experience.
