ATEC is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the Group Training Organisation (GTO) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) space.

This is a people focused role where your ability to connect with small, medium and large scale employers, schools and industry partners will directly impact growth for ATEC, and in turn, create opportunities for apprentices across South Australia.

The Role

As our BDM, you'll take the lead on:


• Building and growing strong partnerships with host employers across a variety of trades.


• Supporting apprentice placement and re-placement to ensure a seamless experience.


• Promoting the full suite of ATEC's GTO and RTO services to schools, employers and community stakeholders.


• Representing ATEC at events, expos, and career days to champion trades and apprenticeships.


• Supporting strategic planning through market insights and industry knowledge.

You'll be based at our Ottoway office but will be out and about building networks, making connections, and flying the ATEC flag.

We're Looking For Someone Who


• Has experience in sales, recruitment, employment services, or similar.


• Is comfortable engaging with businesses, schools and community groups.


• Can juggle multiple priorities and thrives in a relationship focused role.


• Ideally has experience within the GTO, RTO, or vocational training sectors (but not essential).


• Is tech savvy and confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office


• Holds a current driver's licence and Working with Children clearance (or be willing to obtain)


• Is willing to under a pre-employment medical check
