Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist located in Sydney, NSW. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, communicating with clients or team members as needed, and providing support for customer service-related inquiries. While the role will primarily be based in an office environment, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in administrative assistance and organizational tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic office software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
